J So Went into the store today and what an amazing staff!! So sweet, knowledgeable and just so much nicer than South Coast!! Elizabeth and Kymber were just a breath of fresh air!! My new favorite store!!

DeVon Jenkins I went to shop in my dad’s place for my mom’s Christmas presents, as he’s now too disabled to navigate Auburn’s old town roads safely. The lovely lady who owns the store (her name escapes me at the moment) immediately remembered my dad just by description and knew what I was looking for. When there weren’t any cat earrings, she made a couple pendants into earrings on the spot. I’m thoroughly impressed with the service I received.

Matt Bucholz My wife and I (this is the first time for me writing those wonderful words!) worked with Alisa and David to design and craft our wedding bands. We got married two weeks ago and are so delighted with our rings. The process of designing them was fun and surprisingly easy despite some of our challenging design requests which were taken on with enthusiasm. They were delivered early and they are both incredibly meaningful and beautiful rings that we look forward to wearing for the rest of our lives. My now-fiance and I designed this ring together and our poor sketch artist had to figure out my ramblings to get my idea on to paper lol. Ring was gorgeous, they sent a wax model for approval once they were done, and then once the real ring was made it was secretly given to my bf so that he could propose.

Jennifer Swaney My husband and I have been customers of Kenny G for the past 16 years. He took me to Kenny G to see what kind of ring I liked, and proposed shortly thereafter. When he took me there, I didn’t pick a ring or setting just for the sake of it, I liked a solitaire with the Tiffany setting and chose the smallest white gold band to match. I wasn’t in a hurry to pick a wedding set and as a matter of fact, it took me three years to find the set that caught my eye. I chose simple bands with a row of diamonds and that year for Christmas, my husband gave me the engagement band and wedding band as my Christmas present, and for our fifth year wedding anniversary he gave me a matching band to complete the set. We are approaching our 16th wedding anniversary, and my wedding set was recently redesigned. Instead of trading the center stone in or changing the wedding band, we kept the original bands and center stone. They’re sentimental, and I wanted to keep them. Michael Gordon at Kenny G was more than patient with me. Again, I wasn’t in a rush to make a decision and I took my time looking at options before deciding what I really liked. Kenny G did an outstanding job redesigning my ring and sent me photos of what it would look like before they started. Now the center stone has a new mount and a halo, and I couldn’t be happier! If you’re looking for an experience where you can take your time and not feel rushed, give Kenny G & Co., a chance. We’ve been loyal customers for 16 years and we couldn’t be happier.

Annie B. This is a beautiful, cozy, no-pressure environment. My husband and I just went in to get measured for our ring sizes... and left with a loose oval-cut sapphire and plans to make the ring in my head a reality. That really wouldnt have happened if these folks had acted like typical high-end jewelry store salespeople.
