Kyle assisted me in person with the purchase of my first automatic watch, and he made sure I got exactly what I was looking for. He was knowledgeable, attentive, and even introduced me to some other watch lines that I’m now seriously considering. The entire experience was professional, smooth, and enjoyable. Years ago, I cracked the 2 carat center diamond in my wedding ring and unfortunately had to shave off 1/4 carat. I attempted to redesign the ring 3 separate times (with 3 different jewelers) but was never fully satisfied with the results. Therefore, I rarely wore my wedding ring—and I truly missed having one that felt special to me. After a friend recommended Sam from Modern Jewelers, I decided to give it one last try. I’m so glad I did! Sam took the time to understand my vision, offered his expert advice, and worked very closely with his Master Jeweler to create a stunning design. The final piece exceeded my expectations in every way—elegant, meaningful, and a wedding ring I am genuinely proud to wear again. Christopher Salguero Went here for an insurance replacement and D was so nice! She was in the middle of something when we approached the counter, and she greeted us and offered us a seat. She got through the submission for the replacement super easily and quickly. Verified my account and even showed us a few other chains that might work with the pendant whose chain was being sent out to be fixed. The chain was perfect and showed us how to adjust it. She was very sweet through the whole transaction and honestly I may come back here again to see what else they have.
