Sebastian Urtiz Beautiful ring and quality service! My fiancé and I were looking to upgrade/update a heirloom engagement ring that was initially my grandmothers. My significant other is quite creative and had a very specific design in mind, we met with 3 or 4 different shops, had zoom meetings and nothing felt quite right. Thats until we decided to check out Yale Jewelers. Joe and Marla were very helpful, patient and understanding. Joe worked closely with my fiancé until we all felt confident about the design of the new ring. It was very collaborative, Joes communication was second to none he kept us in the loop throughout all stages of the process, but above all the feeling felt right the whole time. Appreciate the help and would highly recommend!

Andrew Aiello I’ve used Marco & Danny on 2 separate custom pieces. Both items turned out absolutely amazing. In on of the pieces I had a Diamond fall out and Marco was quick to send me a shipping label to get it sent back in. There was great communication he let me know as soon as he received the piece. About a hour later he let me know the stone was re set, and looked over to make sure none of the other stones were loose and that it was cleaned and it would be sent back out that evening to ensure I had it back in time for my trip. From my piece being sent in to back in my hands in less than 72 hrs. Pretty impressive considering the face they are in Southern California and I’m in Indiana. 10/10 would recommend
