4 /5 Flo F: We bought a pair of wedding bands here. The associate was not as nice as other stores, wasnt very friendly, and didnt give us any chocolates or small gifts after we purchased the rings. I heard many stories about people getting chocolates/champaign/gifts with their purchase at Harry Winston. It was sad that our associate didnt give us anything, it felt like we were treated differently and not as valued as other customers.

Every single visit, the staff has gone above and beyond to make it an amazing experience. I worked largely with Juan for both purchases and hes a blast. Juan knows his jewelry and makes great recommendations. He was very willing to work with us to find the perfect ring(s) without being pushy. Of course, every member of the team also makes the post-purchase period pleasant as well, giving complimentary gifts and being very clear about details like the appraisals / resizings. All of this is on top of the remarkable craftsmanship and detail found in every HW piece. Youd be hard pressed to find something comparable even at other high-end brands. Overall, if you can afford it, I wholeheartedly recommend buying rings from here. You wont be disappointed and you can expect to be getting the very best across the board.
