1 /5 Victor Velazquez: BEWARE! Sketchy business. Saul’s Pawn shop does not let you redeem your property after certain hours. I asked if I can pay to take out my item and arrange to be picked up the next day. They said NO! Their pawn contract states that you can redeem your item at ANY TIME even during the 10 day grace period. But they added their own terms at the very end of the contract, contradicting what states in the Redemption section of the contract. SKETCHY. So I was forced to pay just the interest to renew the contract resulting in paying more in interest to take out the item. This business is NOT understanding and is not willing to work with you. I’m taking out my stuff and taking my business elsewhere. I will also be submitting a complaint with the DFPI (DEPARTMENT OF FINANCIAL PROTECTION & INNOVATION) to see if what they are doing is even legal.

5 /5 Bradley Balin: At first had jewelry turned fake. I was confused, but finally found something half real makes no sense to me. For love of God they had figured that out for me. I was able to pay my electric bill. Thanks so much guys love yah.

1 /5 Chava Jaimes: Super rude the guy only take what he wants , I’ve been there just to experiment them and I always get the same result , they judge you right away I took a camera in worth 500 dollars original box mint condition, didn’t even look at it I didn’t even open the box , just looked at me and said we only take the good cameras the professional cameras sizing them up with his hands , I just walked out , one time I took a Jbl extreme 3 worth 350 he said we only pay 20-40% of the value I was asking 150 on a loan , they don’t take Apple Watches , iPads , but yet they do sell them , they been rude to me and my girlfriend in ovations , it looks like the guy hates his job maybe he’s been there for years who knows he looks bored all the time , with a heavy vibe , pawn shops at least look at the items and evaluate them if they want it they say how much if they don’t they say no but these people don’t even care honestly, go to Ventura pawn shop old town they are the best good appraisals good people

1 /5 LEEN GEE: Definitely not a place to go if you’re looking for those who see the value of your items. My Store value was $1200 and was offered $50. Definitely low balling. Sad you can’t find people who can do proper business. This area is not the best so I’m guessing they rip off those around here all the time.
