Matt Ropac I started doing business with Rockys Pawn Shop when I fell on hard times and Dan was so caring and understanding about what I was going through. He has gone the extra mile for me several times now and I just went and got all my stuff back and again nothing damaged or even dusty, They took good care of my property like it was their own, and Dan just like always helped me with a smile and said, "Come back anytime you need us." and it felt like family when he said it, Thanks Dan Well, here I go again, I had to go see my friends at my friendly neighborhood Pawn Brokerage to See Dan again as we all know its almost Christmas and times are not only tight but tough as well, Im happy to know that I can count on my friends at Rockys to help me and not overcharge me on the service charge, like other places have in the past and I would feel a miss if I didnt tell anybody and everybody in town if you need help and you have some quality merchandise that you dont want to sell but you really need a few bucks to get you by till payday, or maybe you havent bought that special someone in your life something special this holiday season and Rockys has an amazing line of Jewelry and all other types of merchandise and tools at a reasonable price. Molly Hill Great experience here. I came in with a bunch of vintage rings. They were honest and quick in evaluating the material and cost to resize and even told me which rings couldn’t be resized because of various issues or design features. Took a week to resize two gold and one sterling silver ring, and they were thoroughly cleaned too! Really happy with their service.

Lizandra Pena I had the best experience purchasing my jewelry today. There was a buy one get one 75% off deal happening so I took advantage and purchased a permanent bracelet with 4 charms as well as hoop earrings. As a result of the discount I was able to save $200! I’m forever grateful to the Store Manager Jessica who was so sweet and extremely helpful when it came to choosing the right jewelry for me! She made it such a great experience and I can’t wait to go back! Autumn was also very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful when it came to welding the permanent bracelet onto my wrist! They both definitely made my experience amazing and I will be returning to make more purchases at this location!

In this case, the service I received from Kay Jewelers, and especially from Ms. Sara Aslany, was exceptional. I visited the store close to closing time and expected to be rushed or possibly overlooked. Instead, Sara warmly welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire experience. Thanks to her guidance, I left the store with 2 beautiful rings by far the best purchases I’ve ever made from all Kay stores. I sincerely appreciate Sara’s expertise, professionalism, and thoughtful advice.
