Melanie Guralnick Ive been a customer of Tiffanys for 35 years, typically shopping at the South Coast Plaza or Beverly Hills location. I had not stopped into my local store in the desert before until yesterday, which was an oversight on my part. The store was elegant and airy with lots of natural light from the large windows, something that was missing in Costa Mesa. (although I was told it was recently expanded, so perhaps it looks different now) I liked the layout of the showroom as it was purposefully uncluttered with lots of space to navigate the showcases. I was fortunate to work with a sales person by the name of Cynthia, who was super knowledgeable about the jewelry and was easy to chat with. That goes a long way with me. The selection of jewelry was more modest than the other 2 stores I mentioned, but there was a 4 carat solitaire ring that was pretty spectacular. I would recommend shopping this store when visiting El Paseo.

morgan bray I went in today to look at a ring for somebody else, and I was immediately offered help by a lovely lady named Harmony. She was very helpful in looking for what I came in for and suggesting great options. But, I realized I had a necklace from DeVon’s that I had been gifted that was recently broken. I ran out and brought the necklace back in, and I was helped very quickly in having a repair order made. I then decided to purchase a ring, and she was also very helpful in that process, from sizing, to complimenting the piece and how it looks, to having a friendly off topic conversation that made me feel super comfortable in my environment. She made me feel very confident and happy with my purchase and kept me confident the entire time. I love my new ring & I greatly appreciated the two ladies who helped me today. Thank you both! ❤️

Audrey Toledano-Fellous I love the jewelry she makes! It was so hard to choose amongst the different items, but I’m very happy with the rings I got myself. With their distinct shapes and real gold, I feel so special wearing them. Next thing I will need is a pair of delicate earrings.

Patrick Shi It was a really pleasant experience working with Ryan to design an engagement ring for my SO. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable, and honest. Never pushy to try and sell you things. He makes selecting and designing a ring an absolute ease but also a fantastic experience. Will be looking forward to working with him to design our wedding bands as well.
