Denis Gomez My girlfriend & I had a great experience, we had gone to find our ring size & the experience was so genuine & great service that we eventually ended up purchasing a ring. We had help from 2 employees named Mahtap & Danny, they were observant, gave us more options than we could’ve thought of, attentive for anything we needed while shopping, gave us the best service we could’ve asked for, even while the mall was closing they told us to not rush so we can enjoy the experience. They were the kindest of people & made our first/last experience of ring shopping memorable. We recommend others to shop there, they will take care of you like other high brand companies won’t. They even stay in contact with you after the purchase to make sure everything is still ok not only with the physical item bought but also with us as their customers & keep a constant relationship as a seller to buyer. Very loyal company.

Lady Gagalka Tamara did an excellent job fixing a unique necklace of mine of which a piece had broken off. She recreated the missing piece and laser welded it back together. Me and my partner purchased some beautiful claddagh rings and she is refitted them to our size fingers. Tamara knows so much and can custom make jewelry for you down to the finest detail. The store has so many cool things to see. Definitely worth checking out!

She saw me looking slightly lost in the silver store and complimented my gold jewelry, then asked if I have been to their golden store next door… I didn’t even know this store was there! Clara B I had the most wonderful experience making a custom ring with Kristy and the Sierra Moon staff. I wanted to redo my engagement ring using the same diamond and ideas, but make it more balanced and delicate. Kristy worked with me to design it multiple times over until I was happy. She never rushed the process and in fact even recommended changing some things once the wax casting was done — because it didn’t look right to her and she didn’t want me to settle. She took the time to learn my vision and make sure the ring was what I wanted. She also designed the basket part of my ring for me when I wasn’t sure what to put there. It was an awesome collaboration. Kristy also searched high and low to get me the perfect green stones for the halo on my ring, because she wanted me to get what I wanted. All the staff were so excited for me when I finally got my perfect ring. Thank you. It’s so unique and still has elements of my old ring. I’m never taking it off!
