In addition, the store is beautifully organized, making it easy to browse, and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. Plus, the complimentary gift box was a lovely touch! Overall, I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for high-quality jewelry and outstanding service. I will definitely be returning for all my future jewelry needs!

1 /5 Teresa Clark: Horrible service - getting my watch battery replaced and wanted to have my bracelet cleaned. Absolutely refused unless it was purchased there. I’ve been to many jewelry stores and they will clean my jewelry especially because I was purchasing from them. I’ll go back to my tried and true very customer service oriented jeweler. Customers service is a must in today’s market. I said you have horrible service she had the nerve to say she has excellent customer service. Absolutely none and to talk back. Don’t go to this place unless you want to be robbed of quality products and most importantly Customer Service. One star is being nice.
