The sales people I worked with were not very knowledgeable and were more interested in making a sale than making sure the ring was right. I decided to contact Larry and request a consult and quote on a ring. Larry set aside time to discuss the ring in detail, and provided design suggestions to make sure the ring would look great and stand up to everyday wear. He had no reservation about working with lab grown diamonds, and provided a very reasonable price and timeline. Larry contacted me regularly with updates, and was discrete to make sure my fiancée didn’t find out early. The ring turned out better than I had planned, and the craftsmanship is noticeable in all of the small details. After the proposal, we noticed the ring was sitting a little tight the next day. We took it into Larry, and he had it resized and back on her hand in the same day. It meant so much to both of us.
