If you’re in the market for jewelry or if you need repair, I would highly recommend that you stop in to the Hazard Center, Drive area San Diego, California and pay them a visit, you will not be disappointed. Their hospitality is just heartwarming and their store is an absolute pleasure to be in. The whole environment is very intimate. They are caring, kind and very knowledgeable about everything Jewelry and more. They take excellent care of your jewelry and understand and appreciate the personal connection you have with your jewelry pieces. Truly, I can’t stop saying enough about them. They are very observant as well. I’ve been taking my jewelry pieces to them for cleanings and repairs for a while now and was happy when during one visit I was recommended and paired with a nice flex herringbone bracelet to match my flex herringbone necklace that I bought over 35 years ago at JCPenney‘s during Black Friday. I must admit I am very fond of my bracelet, it is beautiful and a perfect addition to my herringbone necklace and I have had it going on two years now and already, it’s one of my pride and joy. I can go on forever and ever about how pleased I am with their customer service and expertise. Zeva was incredibly easygoing—super friendly, patient, and made the whole process feel relaxed and fun. It felt more like a special bonding moment than just a service. And I thinks I got a very good price for the services needed (2 rings resized, one small diamond and to make it white again). Im beyond happy with my rings. We brought in some pieces to be cleaned and repaired, and while looking through them the gentleman who helped us pointed out that my chandelier earrings (with their lifetime warranty that I had purchased) could be sent into the company for proper refurbishment.
