Christa Bradford I dropped in late to have my antique wedding band and a necklace repaired. They had both finished and in spectacular condition for less than a 100.00. Not only were the pieces ready in 2 hours, they informed me my wedding band was platinum and not white gold. But still stood by the white gold quote. I highly recommend them for jewelry repair. On a side note, they also have beautiful jewelry for sale.

I stumbled upon them on Google when I was looking for places in San Francisco that carried salt and pepper diamonds. I was creating a custom engagement, that Ive dreamt about for many years. I had a very specific style in mind. Round brilliant cut salt and pepper diamond, cathedral setting, natural white diamonds on the pave, and set in rose gold. They made my dream a reality! I had so many questions, because I wanted to make sure everything was exactly how I pictured. Ben is who helped me create my gorgeous ring. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. The whole staff there is super warm and welcoming. They truly go above and beyond. I could not be happier with the finished product, customer service, price, and overall experience. When it comes to a piece of jewelry you are going to wear for the rest of your life, you want it to be absolutely perfect, and they made that happen. They are busy on the weekends; however, when you ask any of the employees for help they are all willing to help, if they don’t see you then approach them and they are happy to help. I have been coming for year to use their wiring money services and to buy jewelry. Highly recommend this place.
