Bobbie Arvayo Great experience the young lady that helped me did great. She just did not explain to me on how to open up my bracelet but overall it was great. Store was great. Prices were awesome.

Tracy Lee I was looking for a Rolex Tiffany Blue oyster perpetual because I waited two years at boutique and still no update. This store surprisingly helped me find a brand-new one at a very fair price. They were really patient in providing me different options and communicate very timely in this process. When we asked if it’s possible yo het it brand new, they were able to find and order for me quickly. It is exactly the 31mm I want! Highly recommend if youre into watches — no need to wait, good service, and no hassle. Will definitely come back for my next watch.

L C Jade Galore has been my goto jewelry store ever since I bought my wedding and engagement set 10 plus years ago. I like their service and pricing. Debbie Wu was the first sales person I met and Ive always gone back to her over the years. I recommend you ask for Debbie when you visit. Wedding set is such a big investment so you want as much help as possible. After all these years I still remember why we like Debbie. She was patient and discrete. She gave us a lot of space/time to think over and look around. She was NEVER push! In addition, she gave very good advice( after we queried her) such as : 1) round diamond have better resale value. 2) Get six prongs instead of four because its secure and it make the diamond look rounder (for our stones size). We made the plunge and never regretted it. Over the years, I came back to either get my ring serviced and always asked for Debbie. This week, I bought a new simple band from Debbie in their new SJ store. Its nice to see her again after the lock down. The new store is beautiful and large. Bianca Rosas Walked in this afternoon to drop off my mom’s Mother’s Day/Birthday diamond bracelet gift to get it repaired. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with the friendliest smiles! Erica helped me right away! Her customer service is top tier. She has the best personality & friendliest smile. Raul then came over and started checking out the bracelet & we started chatting. He was the nicest. I mentioned to him it was my first visit at this location and he and Erica both helped me. Everyone is super friendly here. Erica & Raul gave me the best experience.
