Repairs (like restringing), changing a clasp so you can use the bracelet or necklace, replacing earring posts.- all well done. They also have beautiful pieces. My beautiful engagement diamond and setting and also our wedding rings came from E.R. Sawyer. You can design your dream pieces and they will work with you and create them. I used my mother’s engagement diamond for a spectacular pendant that looks like a sun. I appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to details.
