Kevin Huynh This is my 3rd Rolex with Hing Wa Lee. It is taking a while to get a black date submariner and a blue black GMT. Chloe called me and this is my second datejust. The other one is a champagne bezel. I love this one having a sporty look because it is the combination of smooth bezel and oyster bracelet. You cant buy a Rolex that has a smooth bezel/Jubilee bracelet or Fluted Bezel/Oyster Bracelet. Thank you for feeding me coffee Chloe instead of water that is normally given to clients. It kept my brain awake. I hope the submariner and black/blue gmt will arrive somewhere this year.

The ambience, customer service and knowledge of the staff was beyond what I expected. Since I was traveling she gave me a beautiful travel pouch and gifted my 5-year old Paris Olympics Omega pins, which he absolutely adores! I have been wearing my Seamaster on most days and absolutely in love! After the purchase, she stayed in contact with me making sure that I had no other questions/concerns. When I was looking to buy a new watch , a white-dial Speedmaster Professional, I reached out to Tatiana again and even though I was told that it maybe few months to receive this Speedmaster I got the watch delivered to my place in 3-weeks which was truly impressive. She also surprised me with other Omega gifts! I highly recommend working with Tatiana and she has always made the Omega buying experience one of the best! Huge shout out to her for making this experience perfect. If you ever plan to visit La Jolla, I recommend stopping at CJ Charles and ask for Tatiana, you will never be disappointed! He even looked up the address and phone number for a store nearby we were looking for. If you’re looking for jewelry, I highly recommend seeing Jasmine at Giraux jewelers.

I don’t live here I drive 4hrs every time but it’s so worth it, they always help me find what Im looking for… mind you sometimes I like things that need to be adjusted and they always go above and beyond to get it to me the same day , in a couple hours sometimes less ..literally in no time which definitely works for me since I’m traveling long ways and I usually stop here right as I’m heading back home .. definitely recommend checking them out you won’t be disappointed
