Molly Hill Great experience here. I came in with a bunch of vintage rings. They were honest and quick in evaluating the material and cost to resize and even told me which rings couldn’t be resized because of various issues or design features. Took a week to resize two gold and one sterling silver ring, and they were thoroughly cleaned too! Really happy with their service.

Miriam Mendoza My parents and family friends had always purchased items for special occasions at Teresas. Which is why when we baptized our goddaughter I knew exactly where we needed to go. It was a good thing we were baptizing in California, since we moved to Wyoming in 2008. I had texted a picture of the beautiful necklace and pendant Enrique and Teresa had helped us pick out to a friend and she loved it! Flash forward to last year, this friend started planning for her daughters Quinceañera. I knew right away I wanted to be her sponsor for her necklace/pendant. I asked my sister to please go, take pictures and purchase for us. When we received the items I thought the bottom of the pendant was scratched/scuffed up. I called the store and spoke with Teresa who immediately offered to help getting it taken care of. I mailed out the items and the entire team helped get things taken care if. The pendant was not scratched/scuffed it turns out the angel below the Virgin Mary was a different color and that was why it looked that way. Enrique and Nancy helped take care of things, polishing and getting the pendant to look just as we wanted. Overall it was a great experience, even though we were in a completely different state!

Nothing felt forced or pushy. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about the industry, and I appreciated that. Beautiful selection also!! I mean look at these!

Ruba Ramahi I took my ring and bracelet that I bought from the Middle East to be fixed in the ring to be resized. Fiona was amazing and so helpful and took her time to explain how the bracelet could be fixed. I was so impressed .I will be taking my accessories there and also will purchase future jewelry from her. I wore my bracelet and my ring the same day and so excited about the results highly recommend Appelblom!

Joe Flack We have had great experiences at this Kays location over the past several years—and recently, thanks to Ashley and Adam. For example, Ashley went above and beyond the norms for customer service. She worked hard to do all she could (w/in the companys limits) to ensure our work order—for my wifes engagement ring and wedding band combo—was completed on time. She kept us updated throughout because we were facing a travel deadline. Its rare to see this level of effort and diligence, at least for me, and its appreciated.
