5 /5 Joseph Tabangcura: JC Pennys Optical,to Patricia who assisted me in purchasing my eye glasses,she was very professional ,kept my confidentiality and respectful of my needs right from the moment I walk in the store.She explained in detail my eye care and my updated my prescription.Very professional and made me very comfortable while doing the eye exam and eye fitting. This my second prescription in 3 years. Patricia assistance is very appreciated and I have recommended my family to JC Pennys Optical and to ask for Patricia.

1 /5 Lori Hansen: I ordered two different items online. The shoes and the shorts were too small. The store doesnt sell what is online. The refund came very quickly but did not include the shipping fee.

Sykes: A very uncomfortable embarrassing and unacceptable experience, as a 54 yr old individual I can say I grow up with this store here in Stockton and was therefore confused by the experience and treatment I received April 6,2024 In the process of buying my 98 y/o grandfather 3 pair of jeans and a simple white shirt for the suit I had bought him approximately 3 weeks prior. I found myself the subject of a case of racial profiling or bias or the unsolicited attention a trans-gendered employee who stalked me from his/her unrelated department even after being expressly advised by me that I was interested. I was left with the belief this Individual was some how loss prevention but was told later that in fact he / she was not and should have had nothing to do with my shopping experience. The employee in question created an understanding necessarily loud and verbose scene when confronted as well as calling security who without tact or decorum approached me in his best hope of intimidating me a the same time stating "I going have you leave my build now" regardless to it being the employee creating the situation. I have no intention of ever recommending this store to anyone I know and would go as far as to say I will be advising against it . There really needs to be some significant changes made in my opinion.

5 /5 Sandra Cisneros Waters: Really glad we purchased insurance on the glasses. We lost them within a short time, and got a replacement at a reasonable price. They even went out of their way to look for the same frame at other locations.
