Within five minutes of picking it up, I seem to have lost it. Not only did the owner offer to replace it for me, but when I wasn’t able to pick it up from her on another date, she mailed it out to my home address. Even though I repeatedly tried, she would not take a penny from me. She went above and beyond, when she didn’t have to. This is an amazing small business with great customer service. I will continue to support her business, and I encourage others to do so as well.
