Theyre bilingual, which made communication super easy for me. I brought in my solid gold ring to be resized, and it was ready in just two days! They did a perfect job—I honestly can’t even tell that they added gold to make it bigger! While I was there, I also found a beautiful necklace and they gave me a great deal on it. I’m so happy with both pieces and the overall experience. I’ll definitely be coming back!

There were 3 staff members helping people out and I ended up waiting about 10 minutes before I had help. Claudia L was super helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. Anna G Great place for a custom ring! They were so nice and polite throughout the whole process, and it looks even better in person than it did in the design! Love that its not a big chain store and they do the work on premise too - if you walk past the outside windows, you can see the jeweler hard at work.
