Alex Castro Went in with my family. Gary the store manager was very patient and showed my wife and I several JLC watches. We also looked at other watch brands like Omega (for my son) and discussed jewelry manufacturers like JB star and Kwiat the store offers. We have an anniversary coming up. Although we didnt buy anything today I will be returning to the store for future purchases.

Their hospitality is just heartwarming and their store is an absolute pleasure to be in. The whole environment is very intimate. They are very observant as well. I’ve been taking my jewelry pieces to them for cleanings and repairs for a while now and was happy when during one visit I was recommended and paired with a nice flex herringbone bracelet to match my flex herringbone necklace that I bought over 35 years ago at JCPenney‘s during Black Friday. I must admit I am very fond of my bracelet, it is beautiful and a perfect addition to my herringbone necklace and I have had it going on two years now and already, it’s one of my pride and joy. I can go on forever and ever about how pleased I am with their customer service and expertise.
