1 /5 Leslie Black: As a MINORITY, it is hard to find a jewelry store that can accommodate its customer. This experience was one of many. I came into the store with my wife to compare some prices of jewelry throughout the mall. Not only was their jewelry the most expensive in the entire mall, the employees were unsatisfactory. An employee walked away from me while i was talking, to deal with someone that had just walked in, while i had already been there for more than 5 minutes. I did not feel comfortable, as the people they were serving and fully accommodating were being very loud & did not seem like a healthy crowd to be around. I did not come to judge other customers, but it was quite easy to decipher the customers that they prefer to do business with. As a young black man, who pays his taxes every year, im very disappointed in the service that was given to me and i hope to become the last customer to be pushed away from your companies environment.
