1 /5 Nancy Sarver: I will say that my cuff bracelet is just beautiful. However, the order I placed was for 2 items. The necklace was to be personalized. I received my bracelet 3 weeks after order. Online account showed both were shipped. When I attempted to call the company 9 times, I spoke with someone once. None of my messages were returned. Emails took 2-3 days to return and I was told story after story that it was being shipped Needless to say, I won’t order from LLC again. The necklace finally arrived today. 7 weeks after order. In my last correspondence with a LLC representative, there was no apology or even an acknowledgment that the service was less than satisfactory but they did offer me a discount on future orders. Haha. Nice try

1 /5 Val M: I wish I had read reviews here before I ordered. Items look beautiful online. I ordered 2 necklaces and a cuff bracelet. I wore the bracelet 3 times and it broke in two pieces. I emailed customer service and got a copy and paste type email about their warranty only being 30 days. 30 days is not a long time when you buy something that you don’t intend to wear daily. I chose to wear it when it matched the day but unfortunately didn’t even get three full uses out of it. Waste of money.

1 /5 Jeff P: Ordered a necklace from LL. They happily charged my card and never fulfilled my order. Over 6 weeks since my card was charged, no shipping confirmation or information provided about the order, and the company has ignored my attempts to contact. Just terrible business practices, stay far away.

1 /5 DBoss Firearms: This is my seventh attempt at leaving this review. They wont post my review on the site so Im posting it here. I bought the stacking rings set for my wife. One silver and one rose gold. She wore them for about a month when I noticed that it looked like she had 2 silver rings on. I asked her if she bought another silver ring and she said no that the rose gold finish had worn off. I looked at it closely and sure enough the rose gold finish wore right down to the silver and even the black hearts had faded away. She was not pleased with the result as was I. Even looking at the silver ring the black hearts on that one faded away also only after a month of wearing it. I would not recommend purchasing these rings unless you plan on to seldom or not wear them at all. Glad I didnt spend the extra money to get them engraved!

1 /5 Ginger Nail: If I could give zero stars I would. I purchased a gift for my daughter in law the middle of March. I received an email that it shipped the 31st of March. It has never arrived. I’ve called. I’ve tried to get into my account, which says is locked, which is my error. I’ve called no one will acknowledge my calls or request for information. Heck, if she’d call back I’d like to say she’s at least deserved a one star review. But I’ve waited 30 plus day to get a call and nothing. Guess I know what important to her. Because the money was taken from my account the day I ordered. Not the day it shipped. I hope this helps a few who may want to order but aren’t sure with all the fraud that takes place. Because that what this has become a promise to deliver something in exchange for money. Only to never get the product.
