I came here for an engagement ring, knowing next to nothing about jewelry, and the store manager Alex went above and beyond to guide me to an excellent decision. The team was also able to expedite services for a custom ring. Will recommend to friends and family personally.

Alex Lopez Went to these fine folk to get my now Fiancé’s ring resized. Rodrigo rolled the red carpet for me, he was honest, considerate and incredibly professional. He took his time explaining the process, all while presenting options and solutions and to top it off he finished it way faster than expected! I can’t recommend them enough! Thank you so very much in turning what was a very nerve racking moment, into a great experience!

Lofu 2nd Very rude, they try to rush you. The wife is snobby and treats you like a beggar. They didn’t even want to let me in until I flashed them a fat stack of hundreds. I did not buy anything from them and I hope you don’t also.

Leniii I always go to this store and the employees are super nice and the customer service is amazing. But I recently went with my friend to icing , I am hispanic and she’s African American. As soon as we walked in the store this one cashier she’s a white older lady who has her hair dyed dark red and has tattoos on her arm, she gave us a dirty look and didn’t greet us. We felt unwelcome and stereotyped . As we were trying to shop she followed us and kept eyeing us , when she got a line she told another employee to follow us and stood so close to us . We were not stealing we were just trying to shop. It makes me mad when they assume you’re going to steal without proof.
