Shes been wanting to get her ears pierced for years and I wanted to give her what she wanted, shes 70. Andrew was very professional,respectful and had a positive attitude. Service was polite, insightful and prompt. The in-store customer service was helpful and polite as well. Provided all the insight to order our wedding bands and helped offer a teacher’s discount. Cem was a great help and very kind. Honestly, do great work and provide a great quality product.

We worked with Lacey to design my engagement ring, and in just 1 appointment she was able to read my mind on what I liked better than I even could! Both of them have been attentive and have been great with their completion timeline. If any issues or questions arise, they are always open to work with the customers. Luro’s is an affordable place where I’ve bought watches and also a couple of chains. I refuse to go anywhere else. The jewelry/watches are high quality and at reasonable prices.
