Kayla I had such a great experience getting my ring resized here. The team was super communicative and kept me updated on each step of the process, which I really appreciated. They even went the extra mile by outsourcing some of the gems to make sure my ring was restored to its original vintage condition. The customer service is always wonderful, and Gray is especially great to work with. I’m always greeted with a smiling face when I walk in, which makes the whole experience even better. Highly recommend!

carl sonn Best jewelry shop on Montana...compared to all the other stores even Beverly Hills and the quality, selection and price was tops! Would like to drop by again for my wifes birthday. She loved the diamond necklace I bought for her on Valentines. Sheila was so helpful and I felt like she was going out of her way to make me happy...I can be difficult sometimes. Other stores were snobby....thanks Cabochon..I will be coming back soon.

My fiancee and I had an easy time viewing the wedding bands, and Rolando provided excellent service. We returned to upgrade my fiancees engagement band with a 3ct princess-cut diamond, and Rolando helped us again with great service. Nancy Allison I have been going to this jewelry store for years to have watches fixed, rings repaired , etc. The couple who own the business are so kind and they do fabulous repair work . They also sell and do trades for jewelry and their prices are very fair!
