1 /5 trena mackinnon: Do NOT purchase jewelry here. I bought my ring here many years ago. To keep your warranty valid, you must bring your ring in 2 times a year to have it inspected. Never been a problem until this year. It usually takes 5-10 days. Now it is a month or more each time that your jewelry is sent out. You can pay $30 to have it back in 2 weeks. Basically, you get to wear your jewelry 10 out of 12 months.

My fiancee and I had an easy time viewing the wedding bands, and Rolando provided excellent service. We returned to upgrade my fiancees engagement band with a 3ct princess-cut diamond, and Rolando helped us again with great service. I highly recommend asking for Rolando at Helzberg for a seamless and professional experience.
