I explored every option out there: from high end luxury retailers, to online players, to wholesalers at the diamond exchange. Carats & Stones offered the elegance of high end retail without the brand markup, the uniqueness of a boutique, and the customization of endless options; they could access any stone I could find online -- and then some! -- for us to *actually see in person* before purchasing. We did a yellow diamond, which was a bit more challenging. Linda and her team were patient, knowledgeable, meticulous, discerning, and budget conscious. I wanted to be very hands on during the process, and they not only embraced that, but guided and educated me along the way. When you spend a lot on something, you want to walk away feeling like you selected the right path; I am certain that I did by going with Carats & Stones. Sierra Wildman Christy has now done 3 permanent bracelets on me! She has the best selection and I love that I can find her on a regular basis at her studio. I had a medical procedure and had to remove my first 2 bracelets and she was happy to re-weld them for me! She even let me know when she had the super cute camera charm in stock because she knew I wanted one! My daughter got an anklet that she loves as well! She is honestly the best and so much fun to chat with!
