It was very nice, I walked in spoke with mike about what I was wanting and the next day I had a preview video of the ring! A few changes, a try on wax mold and almost 4 weeks later my dream ring was ready to pick up! I just love it! Thank you guys!

My husband and I just went in to get measured for our ring sizes... and left with a loose oval-cut sapphire and plans to make the ring in my head a reality. Kayla I had such a great experience getting my ring resized here. The team was super communicative and kept me updated on each step of the process, which I really appreciated. They even went the extra mile by outsourcing some of the gems to make sure my ring was restored to its original vintage condition. The customer service is always wonderful, and Gray is especially great to work with. I’m always greeted with a smiling face when I walk in, which makes the whole experience even better.
