They treat you like you’re family. They designed custom engagement and wedding bands based on the design of an old ring set, including sourcing a rare stone. Very communicative throughout the process including some minor revisions. The result is stunning, delicate and refined, exactly matching what we were looking for. They’ve also been very helpful with other jewelry needs. Couldn’t recommend them more.

The online Customer Service team was backed up so I called the Hayes Valley store hoping they could help. Amanda Farrell Today my husband and I came in to look around Kay’s Jewelers to find a new wedding set for our up coming anniversary. We have always wanted rings to match our almost 10 years of marriage. Carlos was amazing and so helpful. He showed us lots of options that fit our taste and was never pushy. He was super informative and incredibly kind. We love that the men’s ring selection had a thicker band and black diamonds. (That is completely his style and he loves it).
