1 /5 Andrew Martinez: I bought a Citizen watch from them online. The picture showed it with a brown strap, but it came with a black strap. The bezel of this watch has soooo many scratches on it, its hard to look at especially since it was sold with no mention of being used. I would avoid buying from this place online, you never know what youre going to get sadly.

1 /5 Ramon Enriquez: Today was a disappointing visit at this establishment. I have a bracelet with three pendants of Saint Benedict all three are linked to the bracelet with a small ring of gold wire. The ring has been worn-out by daily use and I went to have it looked at and repaired. I purchased the bracelet and pendant about three years ago at this store and have come for the exact repair before. The girl who took the time to help me was not willing to work on getting it fixed because she didnt see any issues and that it wasnt worn-out as I stated. This was at the main store, I also went to the store walking in from the east doors and they said they could fix it but were charging $15 dollars more from what the other store had quoted me. Bad customer service and denying the fact that my item was in need of repairs. I wish Armando (Owner) would have been there, hes always willing to help. He himself has helped me with past issues and has always been more than happy to take my request or modify some jewelry.

1 /5 Denise Ceja: I bought few chains, charms, ring from them before the girl that took take care of me that day was persistent for me to take a chain because it was on sale. I get it that she wanted to sell an extra chain but she she sold me something that I took twice to get fixed. I went to just do a single a trade and she didnt even offer me a fair same price offer instead gave me another chain and balance of $420 like are yiu serious? Worst customer service ever and all she said was sorry. Like never again would I go here and honestly everyone that this comment can help never let them push you to get anything youre not sure of or go elsewhere. Im so disappointed poor customer service too. Like oh sorry bye .
