There was a buy one get one 75% off deal happening so I took advantage and purchased a permanent bracelet with 4 charms as well as hoop earrings. As a result of the discount I was able to save $200! I’m forever grateful to the Store Manager Jessica who was so sweet and extremely helpful when it came to choosing the right jewelry for me! She made it such a great experience and I can’t wait to go back! Autumn was also very knowledgeable, kind, and helpful when it came to welding the permanent bracelet onto my wrist! They both definitely made my experience amazing and I will be returning to make more purchases at this location!

5 /5 Salma Sep: I had the best experience with Autumn at the Ontario Mills Mall stand, as soon as she first spoke asking if we needed help I knew I’d feel comfortable with her. She did a great job making me feel reassured about the piercing and did a great job at piercing it. I felt little to no pain and had a smile on my face instantly seeing how they came out.

5 /5 Joshua: Very friendly staff, especially Jen. She’s very sweet always smiling and welcoming. Both her and the other staff member (I didn’t get the name of the guy) were very comforting and nice to the little girl who went before me. The piercings itself is a nice quality, they shine well. This is my second time coming here and I would recommend them. Only downside is because it’s no longer a store and now a kiosk only, prepare to have a bit of a wait since they can only do 1 person at a time, but I was playing clash royale to pass time so it wasn’t as bad.

5 /5 Pamela Hernandez: Had a great experience! I had my second lobe holes done and my daughter (6 months old) first holes done and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be coming back if baby girl wants more and I will also be coming back when I am ready for my next piercing! The jewelry we chose is also so beautiful!
