Peter Khokhlov Absolutely amazing! The product and the service! I called them Friday evening around 4pm. Told them I really had to have the item in a week. According to their rules, if you place an order after 12pm on Friday, it will be processed next Monday. They processed it in one hour and it was in the delivery service that very Friday evening! When I came back a different lady that was working that day helped me narrow down to the one ring, sized my finger and made the purchase go smooth. Both women were a joy to work with. Emily Hodges I love coming into Claire’s in the Yuba Sutter Mall, they have the cutest accessories for great deals and the customer service is SO nice. The Store Manager is so sweet every time I come in, as well as the Assistant Managers, Maria and Anastaysia, they are always greeting with big smiles and always help to find what I’m looking for. I come by the store just to get some of their sunshine, they’re always so nice and positive. I was sad to hear a mother got upset at the managers for the act of her kids misbehaving, management is doing their jobs and protecting their store from items leaving without purchase. But I will always be returning to Claire’s, even just to say hi and brighten my day. I APPRECIATE THEM SO SO MUCH!

Josh Lee I was visiting Palm Springs from Vancouver, Canada. I stopped by and asked if I could see the Rolex Bubble-back I saw by the window-side. The owner was super nice - he knew I had no intention to buy anything, but he let me check out other watches (Omega Constellation, gold Bubbleback and rose gold Bubbleback). Giving this store a 3.3 star rating on Google is unjust. Anyone who had a proper encounter with the owner and the employees will know how friendly the place is. I hope to buy a Bubbleback from this store some time in the future.
