Her name is Mariana. & my husband and I were looking for some last minute things we needed. she was beyond helpful. & even when she knew the store didn’t have many options of what we needed she checked the availability of it everywhere she could. Gave us options. She went out of her way for us and we’re very grateful for her! She is awesome!

okiram ihsoyika I have had 3 watches repaired at Winson Jewelry. The lady who helped us was extremely helpful and the price for the repair was reasonable. Also, one watch needed a special part which they found and still the price was reasonable. The watches have worked fine for over a year and we will be returning shortly to have other work done on different watches. I recommend Winson to anyone wishing good service. I have not purchased any jewelry from Winson, but the jade pieces looked to be decent quality with good workmanship.

Not only is the store beautiful and filled with good vibes, the women managers/employees I met, Marjorie and Mara, are incredible humans who love their work and are dedicated to making the shop a safe and inclusive space. Marjorie and Mara helped me pick out the perfect ring (out of three options because Im indecisive; how do you choose just ONE out of so many amazing artists work???) — a "flying" winged diamond by Anthony Lent that I now carry with me as a comforting pinky totem. Additionally, we connected deeply and talked for three hours, just getting to know each other and uplift each other through sharing our experiences! They turned my horrible day into a cherished memory and I am so touched by the warmth, love, kindness, and expansive energy that fills the shop. Ive always thought of jewelry as a spiritual exchange of artists love and unique creative philosophies. Esqueleto embodies respect, appreciation, and care for all the independent jewelers they carry. They also offer some of the most unique curated pieces among Bay Area shops I visited, and Ive discovered many jewelers work (eg. Danica Carter My son went and picked up my bracelet that I broke. When I received it from my son it was all cleaned up and they took out a couple of links for really good and irs back to dripping like water. I didnt even know it was dirty. Thank you and by the way the guys are very nice.
