Tessa Pulido I had an amazing experience working with Emily!! I had an idea of an engagement ring design, but Emily brought it to life (pic attached)! Before this, I had never heard of the four Cs or done any research on engagement rings besides a few image searches. Emily was extremely prepared for our appointment and asked many questions about even the most minute details, which made me feel confident in her knowledge and approach towards designing a ring. She was patient with me when it came to the sapphire color (didnt realize I was so picky) and helped me angle the stones using a quick design tool on her computer. All wedding bands were available for the engagement ring appointment, which helped me decide which band fit best. The office is a lovely space and all staff were very friendly! Highly recommend this location and definitely Emily, since she did a fantastic job using only a few Pinterest screenshot reference photos :)

Dahlia Alvarez Walked in for the first time looking for a 14k chain, the people were really friendly and polite. After I requested that the gold to be tested of the chain i wanted to purchase, they offered me a good deal. Then I went to go get it tested somewhere else and they did two kind of test with the electrical gun and acid, the gold was real unlike the other reviews saying otherwise. Before I walked into this place I went to another jewelry store and they denied the testing process of the gold chain unlike here.

Anya Miller Cresalia Jewlers is a wonderful family-run business with a white-glove approach to customer service. I found them years ago by chance and have been returning since with nothing but the best experiences. I trust them with all of my jewelry alterations and fixes, and although I have not purchased any pieces directly they would be my first stop if I were looking for something new or custom. Truly a local gem.

Sophie Bond I went in for a helix piercing and was pleasantly surprised by their professionalism. The staff was welcoming and attentive when helping me choose the right jewelry size and placement, and their selection was beautiful. The cleaning process was meticulous. They even demonstrated an iodine test on the needle to ensure it was sterile and safe. I also appreciated the clear aftercare instructions and their encouragement to reach out with any questions during the healing process. Overall, it was such a positive experience, and I would absolutely go back again!

Mr Nobody Five stars. Gold USA is the place for your gold jewelry needs in Sacramento. They have chains, rings , bracelets, pendants , grills, etc, and anything else you might be looking for. The family that run this place are good people. The owner Jon is the man , I was treated with respect through out my whole entire shopping experience. I came across this place through word of mouth and decided to walk in and browse their jewelry selection on display and came across a ring that I like, I asked to get it done in 14k gold and it was ready in two days, but because of my work schedule I asked if they can hold on to it until I picked it up on my days off. They agreed with no problems and upon pick up, I really appreciated the craftsmanship of the piece upon inspection, its good quality stuff and the price was really fair also. If you know anything about how gold jewelry works , dont hesitate to try this place, you wont be disappointed, the prices are fair. I definitely recommend this business and will be coming back again for future needs. It makes me happy to know Im in good hands, as I have dealt with sleazy business owners before. Jordon After being referred to Anthony by a friend of mine I decided to come in to have my watch repaired and my moms jewelry cleaned. Anthony had my watch repaired next day along with the jewelry cleaned (cleaned very well I might add). Ive dealt with a lot of jewelry stores and this was BY FAR the most positive experience I had thus far. No pressure and Anthony took the time to educate me along with answering all of my questions! Impressed with his service I referred my brother here when it was time to for him to get a custom engagement ring for his soon to be Fiance and once again was blown away with the stellar service we received. Again, Anthony took the time to educate both my brother and I on diamond engagement rings, center stones, settings. Then he worked patiently with us to design the perfect engagement and wedding rings, all within our budget! Beyond the amazing service, the icing on the cake was how close it was to us, based in Tustin, at the District, it is in the heart of Orange County! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Anthony as he has served our whole family at this point and several of my friends from designing custom engagement rings, to finding rare Hublots, Rolexs and Breitlings to watch repair and everything in between! The other perk, is that Anthony is seemingly available 24 hours a day, once we met with him, regardless of time he is always there for us in times of need! LOVE THIS PLACE!
