Why Not Store is awesome full of everything that you could ever need whether it’s tools, comic books, games, computers and good general vibe! The staff are friendly and patient, willing to help with whatever you need and make a very welcoming atmosphere! Highly recommend would give more stars if I could! (Attached is a bag Ash, one of the staff, custom made for me on request!! So cool and highly recommend you hit him up!)

In this case, the service I received from Kay Jewelers, and especially from Ms. Sara Aslany, was exceptional. I visited the store close to closing time and expected to be rushed or possibly overlooked. Instead, Sara warmly welcomed me and made me feel like a valued customer. Her professionalism, product knowledge, and genuine care stood out throughout the entire experience. Thanks to her guidance, I left the store with 2 beautiful rings by far the best purchases I’ve ever made from all Kay stores. I sincerely appreciate Sara’s expertise, professionalism, and thoughtful advice.

Jesse Jones Very honest and good work. Brought in a gold chain I had bought maybe 5-6 years ago, wanted to turn it into 2 bracelets. Decided to do 3 bracelets so I can give one to my little sister. Was gonna be $360, I was fine with that. They called before starting the work to let me know it was silver with gold on top instead of full solid gold, so it’d be $150 instead. Could’ve just charged me $360 but they are very honest and do great work, I love how it turned out now I can make use of a chain I had never worn. They also finished in about 2 hours which was great, I was expecting it’d be an all day thing. 10/10 will definitely come back

Katelyn Hill I loved my experience with J&L! My husband purchased some earrings from J&L for me for Christmas, but they werent quite my style, so I visited to exchange them. Molly was fantastic! She was friendly, fun, and very helpful. I spent a while trying on different pairs of earrings, and Molly never made me feel hurried or pressured. Normally I dont really like shopping, but I had such a great time! And I love my new earrings!

Whitney Reid Denny is talented and honest, he is a well seasoned jeweler who can do ANYTHING!! I see some complaints about his very knowledgeable Gemologist Charlotte, but I have to say she has a huge heart once you get to know her. By nature she comes across as all business but gets the job done and KNOWS HER STUFF!!!!!!

Kelly Galligan Heller Jewelers in the East Bay was amazing from start to finish. They helped my fiancé find the ring of my dreams!! It’s absolutely perfect! The team was so kind, supportive, and easy to work with, especially when I needed to have the ring resized. They made everything feel personal and stress-free. You can really tell they care about their customers and love what they do. I’m so thankful we found them and will definitely be back for future pieces. Highly recommend!

Vanessa Ruiz He did gorgeous job on my old engagement ring. Added a solitaire 1k loose diamond. Saved money and got such a beautiful creation. Im in love with my ring.
