They don’t know what NO means they mix things up to confuse you they bug you and say things that later they don’t remember saying Supposedly. Called Asked to speak to a manager the person on the phone was rude and no help refused to let me talk to anyone else I asked for her name they said I’m not giving you my name. They make you feel uncomfortable they said that you being young is probably why it’s hard to understand they don’t care about explaining to you they are rude and unprofessional they just want to bug and trick you into buying something and opening an account with them . NEVER again purchasing from here!!!!!!

I got a rebate for spending money there last year. It states. Use this on ANY item in the store.
I brought it in and attempted to buy something. Something that something that was “on sale” was considered a coupon. So it voided my rebate.
So i went in the next day, i stated i dont want it put on any account or credit card ill buy it with cash.
I bought the item on December 23rd 2024.
I opened it and showed the person who i was giving it to. They didnt like it so i attempted to return it on December 24th 2024.
The receipt said $350 + tax which was 379.21.
I was able to get a FULL refund with in 10 days.
I went into the store asking for a return. They REFUSED to give me a return. They said because a coupon wad added i could not return it. *the receipt did NOT* have a coupon on it nor did they show me a coupon.
I asked why does your receipt stat that i can get a full return?
I had to argue with 5 members inside that store before they would consider a return. Finally they said ok but i wont give the return in cash it will be a check you will get in 10 days.
They asked for my address and wrote it down on a paper and said ok bye.
I had to go back and get a confirmation that i would get my money back.
They did not want to talk to me.
Its been over 20 days and i have yet to receive anything.
Over all i would not ever go back to this terrible establishment. Also the items .* on sale* apparently are a coupon and attempt to take away your rights as a customer to return your item.

Ruba Ramahi I took my ring and bracelet that I bought from the Middle East to be fixed in the ring to be resized. Fiona was amazing and so helpful and took her time to explain how the bracelet could be fixed. I was so impressed .I will be taking my accessories there and also will purchase future jewelry from her. I wore my bracelet and my ring the same day and so excited about the results highly recommend Appelblom!
Roxi Giuliano My experience at Pasadena Jewelers was wonderful. Peter was very helpful and the service was super fast - in and out in under 5 minutes! I needed a simple silver band to put on top of my too-large wedding ring so it will not fall off, and he found me the perfect one (and resized it in under one minute). I will be back for any repairs or new jewelry I need, and I definitely recommend this shop!
Liz Rhodes So I took two pieces of jewelry to be repaired and Gary did one on the spot. Customer service like that keeps me returning and recommending him whenever someone asks for a jewelry store. Thank you youre the best!
Caroline Frentzen Cindy is very professional, very pleasant, and very talented at her craft. I brought her undrilled Tahitian pearls and she was able to make earring based on a description of what I wanted her to make. Very satistified. She was also able to restring an old pearl necklace that had lost its shape and upon request was able to shorten the necklace and make the extra pearls into a matching bracelet.
