We were feeling a bit stuck until we worked with Astra, and honestly, she was a total game changer. From the start, Astra was so helpful and knowledgeable. She really took the time to understand the specifics of our custom ring and helped us narrow down what would (and wouldn’t) work. Instead of just throwing a bunch of options at us, she gave us a few really solid choices and explained exactly why they would work with our ring. It was so refreshing to have someone who didn’t just try to sell us anything, but who actually cared about helping us make the right decision. The rest of the team was so friendly and all together everyone made the experience so fun! We also brought our 9 month old daughter with us and they all played and talked to her too which helped keep her at ease sitting waiting for us to pick rings 10/10 recommend thousands oaks location!
