Shirlynn Lindrum Erik is an extremely talented artist in the jewelry industry. Per request, Erik made an adjustment to my engagement ring which involved the incorporation of two princess cut diamonds alongside the original emerald cut stone. He also integrated a heart with a single gemstone in the front and back gallery of the ring. Erik listened to the idea I had regarding the piece, provided innovative ideas when needed, and updated me on every progression during the creation of my ring. My fiancée and I could not be happier with the final product, and will continue to go to him for all jewelry needs in our lifetime.

Ana Flores It’s the holiday season it can be hectic but hey what do you expect?! Don’t like waiting maybe shop ahead of time and avoid the chaotic Christmas season... anyways.. Ariana was the one who helped my husband and I and she was AMAZING! She was super helpful and tried her best to please everyone in line and she got the job DONE! Excellent customer service quick and easy! We were in line and yet She was able to help us get TWO BRACELETS without the need of going inside the actual store. From our first text messages, he pay attention to what I was looking for and in our first appointment, he spent two hours with me going through different styles and rings, asking what I liked and didnt like. My engagement ring turned out to be so much better then I thought it would, and that is thanks to Kevins detailed work. If you are looking to design custom jewelry, this is the place to go! Maddy and Kelsey are also very friendly and kind. We have never felt pressured or rushed in any way. Shane Co. has the best customer service—highly recommended! We always love coming back. They offer a lifetime warranty, and you can upgrade or exchange your jewelry if needed. They do have a policy for exchanges, so it’s worth asking about the details. I usually hesitate to commit to expensive purchases out of fear of regret, but with Shane Co., I never feel bound.

Jesse Jones Very honest and good work. Brought in a gold chain I had bought maybe 5-6 years ago, wanted to turn it into 2 bracelets. Decided to do 3 bracelets so I can give one to my little sister. Was gonna be $360, I was fine with that. They called before starting the work to let me know it was silver with gold on top instead of full solid gold, so it’d be $150 instead. Could’ve just charged me $360 but they are very honest and do great work, I love how it turned out now I can make use of a chain I had never worn. They also finished in about 2 hours which was great, I was expecting it’d be an all day thing. 10/10 will definitely come back
