5 /5 Bob Weimer: I went to Andersons Fine Jewelry today to have a battery replaced in a divers watch that I bought in the late 90s. The gentleman who helped me said he could replace the battery in a matter of minutes, at a very reasonable price, while I waited. I agreed. He took the watch into his workspace and returned moments later. Unfortunately, the watch didnt run when the battery was replaced. He told me that they no longer repaired the movement of watches on site, but he recommended another watch repair service provider in town. I accepted his recommendation gratefully and asked what the charge was for his efforts. He responded by saying that his efforts to fix the watch didnt work so there was no charge. What a gracious gesture! When I am in need of their services again, Andersons Fine Jewelry will be my first stop and I would enthusiastically recommend them to anyone in my position.
