Andrea Daugherty Bought my God daughter a necklace for her quince and it ended up being a bit short. Came back and saw their no exchanges sign and was a bit discouraged. Explained what happened to the guy helping us, that we just wanted a longer version of the chain and he was happy to allow us to pay the difference. Really appreciate how easy he made this for us. Michelle Stearns I ordered a bracelet for my mother just a few days before Christmas. It arrived before Christmas. I couldn’t believe it got here so fast! The packages were beautifully wrapped. My mom absolutely loved it. A week or so later, she lost the clasp on the bracelet. She called the owner who offered to send her not one but two replacement clasps at no charge.
