MorAlev I had my first Cartier costumer experience last month. I wanted to have Love series jewelry but didn’t know if they suited me. We just walked in to the shop because my husband wanted to surprise me! And Alex welcomed us with such a gentle manner. Because of him we experienced a magical Cartier style experience, it was very special.. So we ended up buying the Love series ring, earrings and a bracelet. Few days later I decided I might try a bigger size bracelet because I wasn’t sure about the size. Alex again called us immediately to the shop and had me try the bigger size, but I ended up keeping the one I bought. Also bought a love necklace, while I have the other pieces of the series. I am grateful to Alex Esquivel who made our shopping experience so memorable with his gestures and kindness and knowledge. I LOVE them…

Janet Steigerwald Dolly is a kick to work with. Shes super bubbly and knows her stuff. If you take her basic jewelry class youll come home with a swirl bracelet. The items she teaches are jewelry youd want to wear, at price not much more than just buying it outright. And youll have the skills to make many more items. Classes are up to 6 people but usually only one or two. Tools are provided so no costly outlay up front.

Jenifer Coleman I took my engagement ring (which they beautifully designed and made back in 2018!) in to be checked and sized, a necklace to be repaired, and another necklace to be altered. They were SO friendly and helpful! The work was done beautifully, timely, and on budget! I have never had anything other than a wonderful experience with them!

Jade My partner and I went to dozens of jewelers and did months of research when we were trying to find my engagement ring. I had an idea of what I wanted, but I couldnt find it anywhere. When we found Skalet Family Jewelers, our experience was incredible. The owner, Howard, was welcoming and friendly. One of the rings felt really close to what I was looking for but it wasnt quite right. I mentioned this to Howard, and he explained how he could customize the design and made me feel comfortable asking questions about it. I didnt feel pressured to make any decisions on the spot. My fiancé and I talked about it outside and decided to go for it. When I saw the design for the first time, it was beautiful. It captured the heart of what I wanted, but there were a few aspects that werent perfect. Howard made some amazing suggestions and I loved them. Howard texted me updates about the design and sent examples of different gem options. He was really accommodating of our budget and found us a center stone that was stunning and in our price range. My partner finished the process with Howard and gave me the ring at Sacramento Pride. I was in awe. It is the most beautiful ring Ive ever seen. Its better than I had imagined and I could not be happier with the results. My experience was above and beyond expectations. I will be a life long customer.
