Joshua Berglund Great experience buying an engagement ring from Nerces Fine Jewelry. Brought in a picture of a ring that I liked, and they custom made it with all the alterations I wanted. The price was more than fair for everything I wanted. They even resized it when it came in a month later and said it was too tight. Great family business that will work with you to find what you want. Would definitely use them again for any jewelry in the future. Excellent customer service.

Kayla Cross I literally cannot leave the shop without spending so much money. Everything is super cute from the jewelry and clothes to the art on the walls. The girls who work there also are very friendly and help with anything you need.

DeAjuané Jones This is a review for Kevin and the custom jewelry pieces he creates based off of customers concepts and designs. Kevin is a professional in all aspects! He created a custom piece for me based off a culmination of photos I sent to him via text! He was quick to respond and his work was immaculate! He also asked for my input before the final product was complete and made sure I was happy with the product. I was already recommending him to others hours after picking up my custom piece. I would definitely go back to Kevin in the future. He does quality work in a timely manner. You can tell he has a passion for his craft and is dedicated to growing within the field.

I walked in today and said I was looking for an engagement ring for my girlfriend and I showed them some examples of what I was looking for and they both went the extra mile to make this a smooth transaction and I am very happy. Other ring shops Ive been to they just dont exactly seem like they want to help me or they are too pushy to get me to spend thousands but they both listened and went about a ring to my preference and price range and talked about everything and I am very happy I stopped into Helzberg today.
