I came in like 5 times trying to decide what engagement ring I wanted and every time Kassandra was so helpful and understanding. She helped me pick out my perfect ring and went by my budget. My wife and I came in for our wedding bands and we were met with the same hospitality. Kassandra was so so so helpful and I really appreciate her!!

King Chuck I have been shopping in this store for years never got the feeling of disrespect or racism I wish there were more nugget rings and urban styles but this company is good and stand on the right side of history. Char Char This place is a well trusted jewelry store! I had a misunderstanding concern about my 24k gold ring. The owner (wife) who sold me the ring and also helped me with my concerns with such a great attitude and no hesitation, was super nice about my concerns, even offer me to exchange if I like. Nonetheless, I found my go to jewelry store, price may varies. Can’t beat the customer service here compare to other jewelry store and this proves the quality of her gold that she stands by on.

Chris McCullough Just went in for a cleaning of a ring and he made it look brand new. Only took about 10 minutes, he also realigned the prongs on the stone for me. Only charged me $20 and im very very happy. Thank you.

Eli was a patient teacher who took the time to really help me understand what I wanted and then bring the vision to life. he helped with some funky last-minute customizations without any issue. The price was incredibly fair. The quality of the craftsmanship was fantastic. Most importantly, he treated my fiancé with such care and respect--he made her feel heard, valued, and totally at ease. He even fixed one of her old necklaces for free, which was so unnecessary and so sweet of him. We went back to Eli for our wedding rings as much so we could see him again as because of his excellent selection. Eli was a wonderful, fun guide--helping us through this part of our engagement and wedding planning. Wouldnt hesitate to recommend him to anyone. Thank you, Eli.
