I went to Hartmans to see if they could help with an accurate appraisal of the value of a family heirloom wedding ring. Mr. Hartman went above and beyond my expectations, taking a half hour of his valuable time to help me--and did it for free. Kudos for an outstanding experience! Strongly recommended!!
