1 /5 Ken P.I.: I needed a simple replacement of missing a small diamond on the very top of my ring. It was replaced as agreed, but when I noticed the largest diamond located at the bottom of the ring the owner said that it had come loose during cleaning and that it wasn’t real. Which is an absolute lie! He informed me that it was a cubic zirconia. This ring was custom made, and it was taken from the engagement ring of my now deceased wife. When I protested that he had switched the genuine diamond for one that was a fake and a little smaller than the original one. Without even finishing the initial replacement he said that since I was accusing him of cheating to take the unfinished ring and go away. I insisted that he finish setting and cleaning it since I had already paid for it. This guy is a cheat and a fraud. Do not do business with him or this store! Today is April 1-2025. It happened yesterday and I have a plane to catch home else I would have filed a police report.
