Mike Cabellon I found Artisan LA on my own, but since working with them, Ive discovered friends of mine who have also happily worked with Julio in the past, and in turn recommended him to other friends with upcoming nuptials. Julio is absolutely the man. When I came in for an engagement ring, I picked out a vintage ring. He told me to wait to resize it until I could bring my fiancee in, and then worked with us when she decided to make a custom ring instead. When it came time for the wedding bands, there was no doubt in my mind that we had to go back to Julio. He was honest and frank about what he could do and what he couldnt, and I couldnt be happier with my wedding band. Were going to continue going to Julio for all of our jewelry needs for as long as were married, which is to say forever.

I originally went to the Buena Park location, and that location was horrible. so I drove to this location instead. Spoke to Antonio over the phone first Thats what got me to drive to this location. He was super friendly and helpful

Nothing felt forced or pushy. The gentleman was very knowledgeable about the industry, and I appreciated that. Beautiful selection also!! I mean look at these!

Christina They are so kind and helpful. They fixed my chain for my necklace and they got face masks that dried on my other chain. My necklaces look so beautiful now.

jose Rodriguez The level of professionalism is unmatched. All the employees had a smile on their faces and looked happy to be there. This meant a lot to me because if they cant treat their employees good then how can i expect them to treat a customer well. I even asked how they liked their job she said (tall beautiful women) she loved it. To my surprise her daughter came from the next room. I thought she must be the owner or owners daughter, but as it turned out she was an employee, and the actual owner allows her to babysit her daughter WHILE ON THE CLOCK!!!!!! This blew me away. I took in my mothers ring to get sized. Not only did they do a magnificent job for half the price i got quoted from joyeria torres (went to joyeria Marias old location in the jack n the box shopping center where this other torres place now is). The lady owner straightened out the ring, and cleaned it for free! I still cant get over that this business takes care of their personally as they do. A family orientated business at its core.

Desiree Gonzalez Geralyn makes beautifully unique jewelry and I love her creations. She also did an amazing job re-stringing some sentimental pearls for me and extended them with her own…so I bought earrings to match!

Veronica Ramirez Best jewelry repair I’ve come across. I called other places and they estimated weeks for simple jewelry repair this location had my jewelry repaired and cleaned with in an HOUR! The owner is so friendly too and all at a low cost. 10/10 will definitely use again!
