They replaced the batteries for three of my watches and resized two of them quickly and flawlessly. Their knowledge and expertise were clear, and the prices were very affordable. Hang Nguyen I went here with my mother and we were greeted promptly. All the sales people were friendly and courteous. They gave my mother a really good price and also took links out of a bracelet. Prices are reasonable. The service here is much better than the jewelry stores at the Asian mall. This is a bigger store and not crowded. They also have plenty of parking there. I would recommend shopping at this location than the ones in the Asian mall.
