Even though we’re not local, the process was seamless - every detail was handled with care and intention, and the final pieces were shipped to us with such professionalism and thoughtfulness. The craftsmanship is stunning (and incredibly transparent), and the customer service is truly top-notch. We already know we’ll be coming back for future pieces. Could not recommend Bluestone more!

Mariah Craig the best of the best! if youre looking to get permanent jewelry - these girls are kind, patient, professional & provide the best experience possible. from the second you show up, they greet you so warmly! they let you take your time in deciding which chain you want & when you are being fitted, they make you comfortable enough to say "actually, can it be tighter/looser?". I have had some of their jewelry on for over a year now & it STILL looks brand new! my boyfriend & some of my family have got linked with them & Ill continue to send everyone I know to them!

Missy Finlay John is amazing, He brought my jewelry back to life. I inherited jewelry from both grandmothers but they are gold ..He fixed them and dipped them in white gold for me. They look like new. I love his store and will be back. I highly recommend getting in to see him.

The employees made them feel so special and made them necklaces with their birthstones in them and chatted with them the whole time. They felt so special! They were so kind and wonderful. Monica Vu I absolutely adore this store. All the pieces are so unique. I’m usually more of a Cartier girl, but I love to mix in exciting and special pieces from independent designers. Georgia helped me, and she is so sweet and welcoming. I feel so lucky that I live by one of the Broken English boutiques! I’ve followed the brand on Instagram for a few years and was so excited to visit an in-person store when I discovered it was near me in LA!!
