Mike Hughes My wife and I went to monterey for a vacation. We stopped in Steinbecks and my wife found a set of earrings that didnt hurt her ears. They were not super expensive , 80 dollars. When we got home we received either an e mail or card thanking us for shopping there. Thats cool. Very nice. fast forward to this christmas. My wife lost the earrings. We looked every where. She liked them so much she brought it up every day. I said hey maybe the note they sent us means they kept track of what you bought. Lowell and his staff went beyond my expectations from when I first dropped the ring off until I picked it up today. There was a slight delay (several days) which Lowell kept me abreast of. Can Highly recommended! Excellent customer service for ear piercing! Ms. Valerie was very knowledgeable, friendly and with her detail oriented advice about where and how to place the piercings , she made me feel comfortable. It was not painful and the aftercare was easy to understand. It was good to see that she was wearing gloves, disinfecting and keeping the work area clean. The variety of piercings/ earings was plenty and reasonable priced and affordable for any budget. I also absorbed how she was communicating with other customers and her coworker. She was professional and friendly. A note to other customers: I read reviews about the return policy was upsetting, yes I understand but the associates do their job and cant change it. Complain to manager or company. And to those who complain spending alot of money on low quality jewelry, dont they know its not a fine jewelry store?it is fashion and accessories. Yes, they have a lot of cute stuff but if you want the REAL Jewelry, dont buy here.
