Caezar Ancayan I stopped by this shop recently looking for vintage watches, and had a great experience. James—if I caught his name correctly—was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Even though I arrived close to closing time, he took the time to answer all my questions and didn’t make me feel rushed. The shop carries a wide variety of unique items beyond jewelry—everything from records and musical instruments to vintage spoons, lamps, and framed pictures. It’s definitely a place worth browsing if you enjoy discovering eclectic finds. James mentioned that all of the watches are mechanically checked before being displayed, which was reassuring. Some models needed new batteries, but many of the mechanical ones wound up beautifully. I didn’t get to spend as much time browsing as I’d like, but I’ll definitely be back for a longer visit. A great little spot for vintage lovers and collectors alike!

Amy I truly can’t say enough nice things about this place. I had some new lobe piercings done and it was easy and painless with great jewelry options. The real greatness came when I went in to ask if I should change out the jewelry in my daith I had done at another shop in town that was refusing to heal. They got me fitted with a gorgeous new ring and wouldn’t you know, two weeks later it already looks and feels better than it had for the last eight months! Everyone here is so nice, the jewelry is gorgeous, and they know their stuff. Couldn’t ask for anything better!

Boosh Yee My girlfriend and I were just going into look at rings since it was near by where we were doing errands. Well we had not set foot in another jewelry store in Bakersfield AND NOW we will not have to after visiting Robson Jewelers. The jeweler himself and the sales lady were extremely friendly and helpful!! PLUS my girlfriend has been looking at other sites on line and nothing even compares to Robsons awesome selection online and the process to make it your own. They seriously have the BEST SELECTION from vintage to newer styles. We will definitely be sticking with Robson Jewelers from now on!!! :)

Tanner I came in for a Citizen watch adjustment after messing it up before a wedding I was attending. They fixed it perfectly and didnt even charge me for it. Great service!

Gabriela L My experience was excellent! Jessica helped me pick out a charm for an upcoming birthday gift, and she was absolutely amazing. I can be very indecisive, but she was so kind and patient throughout the entire process. She even took the time to place charms side by side on a bracelet so I could see how they would look together. L. F. BEE-UTIFUL Store and delightful owner/ gentleman behind the counter. Aside from all the gorgeous merchandise, the man behind the counter was so lovely!! Ironically he and his now wife were in the same area during their college years, not far from where we currently live. They spent years there while his wife was in school and he worked. The store is fabulous, huge selection and gorgeous craftsmanship!! Can’t wait to go back!!

Every experience has been excellent—super knowledgeable, very clean, and always professional. The service is outstanding, and we’ve always felt comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommend!

Kristin Rooney Our home was burned to the ground in the Eaton fire and seemingly miraculously, we found my beloved wedding rings in the rubble. They appeared charred beyond repair but when we brought them to Michael, he restored them to almost their original condition. He wasn’t sure he could do it at first but somehow the rings survived the worst of the fire. He did an incredible job and we are so grateful to him. I highly recommend him, he is super knowledgeable and kind and fair. Thank you Michael, we won’t forget you!
