The ring came out amazingly and the whole process felt much more personal than some other jewelers wed browsed.

Vader Mau5 I saw Paul for my engagement ring appraisal. I really appreciated him waiting for me since I got a flat tire right before my appointment. He took his time explaining the cost of the ring and what it takes to make a ring like mine and he seemed genuinely excited about explaining the process. He was fairly quick in his responses to me when I scheduled the appointment and was quick to send me the documents for my insurance. I really appreciate this experience because most professionals in jewelry talk down to people that don’t know anything about jewelry. Will definitely recommend him to my friends and will come back when I acquire more jewelry.

Nina and Hannah were so nice and great help with choosing my engagement ring and band to love forever, especially their patience with my multiple preferences and indecisiveness. I wish there were a couple more different styles in store that I saw online as well, but I ended up choosing the one I was looking at the most. I had issues online with the credit card that they helped to do in store instantly.

Ashley Sherman Amanda, one of the owners was so kind and patient with her time. I’m considering resetting my engagement ring and replacing my band after 11 years married and we popped in and started chatting with Amanda about possibilities. She sat with us for a good bit of time to talk through options, ballpark ranges, and brought out samples for me to try on. While we’re still in the thinking stage, we genuinely appreciated her time, kindness, service, extensive knowledge and expertise, and most importantly, her patience. Wonderful experience! Tracy Marlowe I love this fabulous gem of a store. Family owned and managed. Ive visited estate jewelry stores in multiple cities and states and have yet to stumble into one that has as extensive a collection as this one. The owners are delightful, friendly and helpful. They even sized my gorgeous estate ring purchase quickly enough that I was able to pick it up before the end of my trip. Love this store and the ring! Ill definitely be back! ❤️
