DeVon Jenkins I went to shop in my dad’s place for my mom’s Christmas presents, as he’s now too disabled to navigate Auburn’s old town roads safely. The lovely lady who owns the store (her name escapes me at the moment) immediately remembered my dad just by description and knew what I was looking for. When there weren’t any cat earrings, she made a couple pendants into earrings on the spot. I’m thoroughly impressed with the service I received.

Julie Olsen Oscar and his team are wonderful. He skillfully crafted a custom diamond engagement ring and diamond baguette wedding band from a design we brought to him over 17 years ago and it came out so beautiful. Then, about five years ago, I accidentally lost the diamond wedding band and was never able to find it. Being one of a kind, I resigned to the fact that I’d never have it again and replaced it with a plain band which just never looked right. So this year I traveled back to Los Angeles from the east coast, after having moved away, and stopped in to see the team and commission the replacement of that band and within a couple weeks I had my gorgeous new ring which was nearly identical to the original and yet somehow even more beautiful than before. Sean Allen Cannot thank the team at the master touch jewelers enough. My wife’s 35 year old wedding ring settings were worn and the stones were in danger of falling out. The team came up with a great solution that kept the original integrity of the ring and actually enhanced it.
