They made sure I chose the ideal chain by being informed, understanding, and also remarkably responsive. They always responded promptly, addressed all of my inquiries, and offered direction at every turn. I would definitely go back again.

1 /5 Jessica Elizondo: Worst service ever!!! I brought in my sons baptism neckclace to get fixed a week later they called me to notify me it was ready for pick up. I went to pick it up and they gave me a different one. The owner said she will investigate if they gave it to someone else so i left it with her again after 3 days I went back to the jewlery and the owner try to say that we switched the neckclace and didnt give me the original back. I ended up bring home a necklace that is not mine and a really thin necklace just because I didnt want to bring her to court. Verry disappointed especially because it was my sons baptism necklace.
