I stopped by for a quick consult after finding Levante Jewelers on Google and was impressed with the attention to detail and options Joe suggested. I left my ring with him and was surprised to get a call back the NEXT DAY saying it was ready. Amazing! It looks beautiful. Im delighted and would recommend Levante Jewelers to everyone!

One set I had selected wasnt available so the owner called me and sent pictures of available shells she had & made earrings from the one we picked. She was so lovely & made the perfect set for me. Making an appointment was so easy, just call! And I loved the private and quiet shop. They had an amazing selection of original and antique rings. They were so patient and were not pushy at all. I wanted to incorporate an heirloom diamond and we had a great time discussing options. We settled on a 1935 inspired antique ring, but we made some customizations that I love! This is the place to go if you have a love of the art of jewelry making and attention to detail! I truly believe that they can make anything you can dream up, or you can trust their expertise and know you will find something magical. Nancy Selikoff Ophelia is the best! She is a pure joy to work with. I am a repeat customer and she has always gone above and beyond the expectations ..I have sent my ring to her over the years to be cleaned and maintained. This time, we changed the stone from a CZ to Lab Diamond. It was not possible to find an oval to fit my setting. I followed Ophelia’s advice and expertise and changed it to a round stone. She found a gorgeous stone. When it was ready, she told me the jeweler was not comfortable with how the ring was set. She then gave me a new setting (with 2 trillions) to assure its perfection. So not only did she completely replace the band for me, but did it extremely quickly . So to summarize, I have a completely New ring! Ophelia is honest, always reliable and above all communicates in a timely manner. The jewelry is gorgeous and fairly priced. The customer service is truly exceptional. I cannot recommend them highly enough. The entire process was smooth, thoughtful and enjoyable from start to finish .. I give Ophelia and the company a 10 out of 10! - a true gem in every sense.
